The extra Virgin Olive oil, produced in our private olive oil Mill during the 4th-8th weeks of harvesting, is selected and bottled just days after crushing.
Made from 100% Koroneiki variety, picked green-purple in the area of Androusa, Messinia, Greece. Intense fruitiness with notes of green grass, tomato, walnut and flowers. Its flavor is delicate with low bitter and medium spicy, yet exceptionally well balanced. Try it with salty cheese, fish, tomato and garlic salads, desserts and cakes, toasts or just simply with a piece of fresh baked bread.
