A limited edition, fresh, unfiltered olive oil bottled just days after crushing at our private mill, this seasonal product cannot be found any other time of year.

Made from 100% Koroneiki variety, picked green in  in our family estate in Androusa Messinias, Greece.  Intense  green fruitness with notes of  fresh cut green grass, artichoke and tomato leafs and green almonds . Its flavor is delicate with low bitter and medium spicy, yet exceptionally well balanced. Try it with goat cheese, meat, green salads, dressings and soups or just simply with a piece of fresh baked bread.
