The early harvest Extra Virgin Olive oil, produced in our private olive oil Mill during the first 3 weeks of harvesting, is selected and bottled just days after crushing.
Made from 100% Koroneiki variety, picked green in the area of Androusa, Messinia, Greece. Intense fruitiness with notes of fresh cut green grass, artichoke and tomato leafs and green almonds. Its flavor is intense with medium bitter and spicy, yet exceptionally well balanced. Try it with goat cheese, red meat, green salads, dressings and soups or just simply with a piece of fresh baked bread.
